Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients in Germany, providing comprehensive wealth management advice
  • Lead a team of advisors to deliver customized investment strategies, portfolio management, and risk assessment services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional segment, leveraging J.P. Morgan's global resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investment banking, asset management, and lending to offer integrated solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal J.P. Morgan policies in client interactions
  • Monitor market trends and economic developments in Germany and EMEA to inform client strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in wealth management, private banking, or institutional client advisory within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of German regulatory environment, including BaFin requirements and EU financial directives
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth institutional clients and delivering tailored wealth management solutions
  • Fluency in German and English; additional European languages advantageous
  • Series 7 or equivalent international financial licensing, with ability to obtain necessary German certifications

  • Experience working with multinational corporations, family offices, or institutional investors in the EMEA region
