Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing strategy for market data, brokerage services, and exchanges to ensure cost-effective and compliant supplier relationships
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations to deliver value and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across trading, risk management, and technology teams to align sourcing with business needs
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize spend and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's procurement policies, financial regulations, and data security standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers in the financial data ecosystem, including exchanges like NYSE and data providers like Bloomberg
• Analyze market trends and benchmark supplier costs to drive savings and innovation in market data acquisition
• Support global sourcing initiatives, coordinating with teams in New York, London, and other hubs to standardize processes
• Identify opportunities for supplier diversification and alternative sourcing to enhance resilience against market disruptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing market data, brokerage, or exchange-related contracts and negotiations
• Strong understanding of financial markets, data licensing, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and MiFID II
• Experience with procurement tools and systems, including SAP Ariba or similar platforms
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with a focus on cost optimization and risk mitigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance or Supply Chain
• Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS or CPSM)
