Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing strategy for market data, brokerage, and exchange services to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply for JP Morgan Chase teams

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across trading, risk management, and technology teams to identify sourcing needs and optimize spend
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers and innovative solutions in the financial data ecosystem
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, such as MiFID II and GDPR, in all sourcing activities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing market data contracts, brokerage services, and exchange relationships
  • Strong understanding of market data regulations and compliance requirements in global financial markets

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is advantageous for the Warsaw location
