Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze real-time market information to support JP Morgan Chase's global trading operations and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operating risks associated with market data accuracy and timeliness
• Develop and maintain robust control frameworks for market information processes, including data validation and reconciliation
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of market data sources to uphold regulatory standards and firm policies
• Provide insights and reporting on market trends to senior management and trading desks to inform strategic decisions
• Liaise with external vendors and data providers to ensure seamless integration of market feeds into JP Morgan's systems
• Support the implementation of new technologies and tools for enhanced market information management
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in operating risk and control management
• Respond to ad-hoc queries from regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders regarding market data integrity
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing the efficiency of the Market Information Team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in market data management, financial operations, or risk and control functions within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards such as MiFID II, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank
• Experience with data analysis tools and financial databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on accuracy and detail
• Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or FRM (Financial Risk Manager)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance or a related discipline
