Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Market Leadership Team Program by coordinating meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions for senior executives
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the team
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment with Centralized Finance objectives
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards using data from financial systems
  • Facilitate communication between the Market Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for team initiatives, ensuring compliance with financial policies
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies in business management operations
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends to support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for program activities and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to onboard new members and manage team resources

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business management, financial services, or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
