Key Responsibilities

• Support market sales team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and pitch books tailored to local market needs
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators in the Korean financial landscape
• Assist in coordinating client meetings, events, and relationship-building activities to enhance stakeholder engagement
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and performance metrics using internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling JP Morgan Chase products and services
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, reporting, and document management, to optimize team efficiency
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure all sales materials comply with local and global standards
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for local market expansion
• Handle inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders, delivering high-quality service aligned with JP Morgan's standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, financial services, or market analysis roles
• Fluency in Korean and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in the Korean market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion
• Relevant certifications such as Series 7 or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in asset management or investment banking support roles at a global financial institution
