Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance digital user journeys and personalize content for prospective customers
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and multivariate experiments to improve acquisition funnel efficiency
  • Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing activities adhere to financial regulations
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform innovative marketing approaches in consumer banking
  • Manage budgets and ROI for owned channel campaigns, reporting on key performance indicators to senior leadership
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a data-informed culture within the marketing strategy team
  • Integrate customer insights from owned channels to support broader Chase Consumer Bank growth objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, with a focus on digital acquisition channels in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth through owned digital channels such as websites and mobile apps
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking products and acquisition marketing tactics
  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and performance optimization in a high-volume digital environment
