Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end processing of income events, including dividends, interest payments, and corporate actions across global markets
• Manage reconciliation of income-related transactions to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Lead claims resolution processes, coordinating with internal teams and external custodians or counterparties
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators for asset servicing operations, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation and enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan Chase policies
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates in the team
• Analyze market trends and operational risks to mitigate potential issues in income processing
• Support audit and control functions by maintaining accurate documentation and records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset servicing operations, income processing, or reconciliation within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of global markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Proficiency in reconciliation processes and claims resolution for income events such as dividends, coupons, and corporate actions
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in asset servicing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification such as CFA, CPA, or FRM
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in asset servicing, such as automation tools or AI-driven reconciliation
• International exposure to markets in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas
