Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support Markets Operations initiatives at JP Morgan Chase
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Markets Operations team in Buenos Aires
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast operational expenses and revenue impacts
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for regulatory compliance
• Collaborate on strategic planning, including cost optimization and resource allocation
• Support ad-hoc financial projects, such as mergers, acquisitions, or operational expansions
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's financial policies and global standards
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements in FP&A workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in financial services or banking
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the banking sector
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous for the Buenos Aires location
