Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business operations for quantitative research teams, including resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking in alignment with JPMorgan's risk framework
  • Oversee data governance initiatives to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations like Dodd-Frank and GDPR
  • Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantitative models with real-time market data for improved trading efficiency
  • Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership on emerging trends in data analytics and AI for capital markets
  • Coordinate with technology teams to deploy scalable data infrastructure supporting high-frequency trading and risk analytics
