Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source top-tier talent for senior banking positions within JP Morgan Chase's Markets division, focusing on investment banking, sales, trading, and research roles
  • Engage with candidates through networking, LinkedIn, industry events, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for senior-level opportunities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders in Chicago to understand role requirements and market dynamics
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding for successful hires
  • Utilize JP Morgan's internal tools and external databases to track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external search firms and industry networks to enhance talent acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of the financial markets industry, including investment banking and capital markets roles
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for talent pipelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with tight deadlines
