Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage seamless transitions of market positions, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities
• Coordinate with global markets teams to execute account transfers, reconciliations, and settlements in compliance with regulatory standards
• Utilize digital platforms to automate and streamline transition processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy
• Provide client-facing support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to market transitions
• Monitor and report on transition progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Liaise with operations, technology, and compliance teams to integrate new digital capabilities into transition workflows
• Analyze market data to support transition planning and optimize client outcomes
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation for Markets Transition Management
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and control frameworks during transitions
• Participate in cross-regional projects to standardize transition practices across the firm's global operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial markets, client services, or transition management within the banking or asset management industry
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, including derivatives, fixed income, and equities
• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is highly advantageous for the Buenos Aires location
• Experience with client onboarding, account transitions, or portfolio management processes
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services, such as MiFID II or Dodd-Frank
• Ability to handle sensitive client data with strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
• Prior experience at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with digital transition tools and platforms in asset management
• Experience in emerging markets, particularly Latin America
