Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, M&A advisory, or investment banking support roles
  • Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions processes, including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
  • Proven track record in financial services, preferably within a bulge-bracket bank like JPMorgan Chase
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
