We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our M&A Sales Enablement team in New York, NY. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in empowering our investment banking sales professionals to originate and close high-impact M&A transactions. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Director, you will focus on enhancing the capabilities of our teams through targeted training, resources, and performance optimization, all while upholding JPMorgan's commitment to excellence and client-centric innovation in the financial services landscape. As an M&A Sales Enablement Associate, your primary focus will be to bridge the gap between strategy and execution by developing comprehensive enablement programs. This includes creating customized training modules on deal origination, valuation methodologies, and competitive positioning, drawing from JPMorgan's extensive deal database and market insights. You will collaborate closely with senior M&A bankers, product experts, and cross-functional teams to identify emerging needs, such as adapting to evolving regulatory environments or leveraging AI for predictive deal analytics. By analyzing sales funnel data and feedback loops, you will drive measurable improvements in deal conversion rates and client satisfaction, contributing directly to the firm's leadership in M&A advisory services.
