Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mexico-based clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to payment services
  • Monitor and manage client payment portfolios to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and compliance, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Analyze client needs and recommend tailored payment solutions from JP Morgan's suite of services
  • Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on account performance and regulatory changes
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management and follow through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with JP Morgan standards
  • Contribute to process improvements in client service delivery for the payments team
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, including those specific to Mexico and international standards
  • Support business development efforts by identifying upsell opportunities in payments and related services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry, preferably in payments or treasury services
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems and international payment regulations
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
