Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making for property acquisitions, renovations, and dispositions
  • Collaborate with real estate, legal, and operations teams to align financial strategies with overall project goals
  • Monitor project expenditures, perform risk assessments, and provide regular financial reporting to senior leadership
  • Oversee compliance with internal JP Morgan Chase policies and external regulatory requirements in financial reporting

  • Support due diligence processes for new project investments and partnerships
  • Mentor junior financial analysts and contribute to team development within the Corporate Real Estate group

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis and management within real estate or corporate development projects
  • Proven track record in leading financial aspects of large-scale development initiatives in the financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and budgeting for real estate projects
  • Experience with project management tools and financial software such as SAP or Oracle
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance or real estate
