Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration projects for JP Morgan Chase's product portfolios, ensuring seamless transition of legacy systems to modern platforms
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet delivery deadlines in a fast-paced financial environment
• Manage stakeholder communication across business units, IT teams, and senior leadership to align on migration objectives and mitigate risks
• Oversee risk assessment and compliance with financial regulations during system migrations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure data integrity
• Monitor project budgets and performance metrics, reporting progress to executive sponsors at JP Morgan Chase
• Facilitate change management processes to minimize disruption to client services and internal operations
• Drive continuous improvement in migration methodologies, incorporating lessons learned from previous JP Morgan projects
• Collaborate with product owners to define success criteria and post-migration support strategies
• Ensure all migrations adhere to JP Morgan's security standards and cybersecurity protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on migration projects in financial services
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology migrations, including data and system transitions in banking environments
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III in the financial sector
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets exceeding $5 million
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Ability to travel up to 20% for stakeholder meetings and project implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal migration frameworks or similar enterprise banking systems
• Knowledge of cloud migration tools like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in a financial context
• Prior leadership role in migrating core banking systems or payment processing platforms
• MBA or advanced certification in financial technology (FinTech)
• Familiarity with Java, Python, or SQL for overseeing technical migrations
