Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across JPMorgan Chase's key business lines, including Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate & Investment Bank, and Asset & Wealth Management
• Develop foundational skills in financial analysis, risk management, and client relationship building through hands-on projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and contribute to firm-wide goals
• Engage in leadership development training tailored to transitioning military talent into financial services roles
• Analyze market trends and financial data to support decision-making in a dynamic banking environment
• Build networks within JPMorgan Chase and the broader financial industry to foster career growth
• Adhere to regulatory standards and ethical practices in all rotational experiences

Required Qualifications

• Honorable discharge from active duty military service within the last 24 months
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent military education and experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in military or professional settings
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
• Ability to relocate to Columbus, OH
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and integrity in financial services
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, including military leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in finance, banking, or related analytical roles
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in business, finance, or a related field
• Military officer rank of O-3 or higher (Captain or equivalent)
