Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data science models to analyze healthcare innovation trends, focusing on cost reduction and quality improvement in patient care
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Morgan Health to design research studies that integrate financial services with healthcare delivery
• Leverage large datasets from healthcare providers and payers to identify opportunities for innovative financing solutions in value-based care
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and machine learning to predict healthcare outcomes and optimize resource allocation
• Partner with JP Morgan Chase's broader analytics teams to apply financial modeling techniques to healthcare investment strategies
• Communicate findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations to senior executives and external stakeholders
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI and data analytics to drive innovation in healthcare affordability and access
• Support the evaluation of healthcare startups and partnerships by providing data-driven insights on market potential and risk
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with privacy regulations, and ethical use of AI in healthcare research
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices for data governance within Morgan Health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or research roles within the healthcare or financial services industry
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling
