Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the annual forecasting and budgeting processes for National Branch and Self-Directed Investing teams
  • Develop and maintain timely financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership

  • Analyze branch performance metrics and self-directed investing trends to support strategic decisions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth in branch and investing operations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards in all financial reporting
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling for business initiatives
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development initiatives
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of branch operations and self-directed investing products
  • Experience with reporting and analytics in a large-scale financial institution
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • CFA or CPA certification (or progress toward obtaining one)
