Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Chief of Staff or Deputy Chief of Staff role, managing executive-level communications and strategic initiatives
  • Deep understanding of financial services regulations, including compliance with SEC, FINRA, and data security standards
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments, such as global banking operations
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification in project/program management
