Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Network Infrastructure leadership team, providing strategic advisory support and managing executive communications
• Lead technical program delivery for network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global technology roadmap
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between engineering, operations, compliance, and business units to optimize network performance and reliability
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies for network systems, adhering to financial industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including preparing briefings for senior executives on infrastructure health, project status, and emerging technologies
• Drive process improvements in program management, leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making in a fast-paced banking environment
• Mentor and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within the Network Infrastructure group
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for network uptime, security incidents, and project delivery timelines
• Collaborate with global teams to implement scalable network solutions that support JP Morgan Chase's digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure all programs comply with internal governance policies and external financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in network infrastructure or IT operations within a large-scale financial institution
• Proven track record as a Chief of Staff or Deputy Chief of Staff role, managing executive-level communications and strategic initiatives
• Deep understanding of financial services regulations, including compliance with SEC, FINRA, and data security standards
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments, such as global banking operations
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification in project/program management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex technical and business challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in network engineering or infrastructure management at a Tier 1 financial firm like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence in a DevOps context
• Prior exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and hybrid network environments in finance
• MBA or advanced degree in business administration with a focus on technology management
• Demonstrated leadership in crisis management or business continuity planning for critical financial systems
