Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for North America cash equities clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor and execute client orders in cash equities markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with trading protocols
  • Collaborate with trading desks, sales teams, and operations to deliver seamless client service
  • Analyze client portfolios and provide insights on market trends and execution strategies
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, trade confirmations, and ad-hoc analyses to clients
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client trades, including settlement and clearing processes
  • Contribute to process improvements in client service delivery to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes in cash equities and implement necessary compliance measures
  • Support new client onboarding by coordinating documentation and system setups
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives for the equities client service group

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, financial services, or equities trading support
  • Strong understanding of cash equities markets, including trading mechanics and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Bloomberg or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with high-net-worth clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to relocate to Newark, DE if necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses
  • Experience in a major financial institution, preferably in equities or prime brokerage
  • Knowledge of North American regulatory frameworks such as SEC and FINRA rules
  • Prior exposure to client relationship management in cash equities
