  • Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan Chase policies, conducting audits and risk assessments as needed
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management to deliver initiatives on time and within scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, compliance, and operations, to drive efficiency and innovation in payment solutions
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and product backlog prioritization to support iterative delivery of payment features

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
