Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational resilience strategies for Global Banking operations in APAC to ensure business continuity during disruptions
  • Oversee production service operations, identifying and mitigating risks to maintain seamless client services in investment banking and corporate finance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving process optimizations and leveraging data analytics for operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, risk, and compliance, to align resilience initiatives with JP Morgan's global standards
  • Conduct regular resilience assessments, scenario testing, and incident response drills tailored to APAC regulatory landscapes
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational health, providing insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or production services within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives for business continuity and operational improvements in a global banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as those from MAS, HKMA, and other APAC financial authorities
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced setting
  • Certification in operational risk or resilience (e.g., CRISC, CISA, or equivalent)
  • Ability to travel within APAC as needed for stakeholder engagement
