Key Responsibilities

  • Support the JPMSE Head of Operations in executing strategic initiatives and governance processes
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for operational projects
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase's governance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and regulatory reviews
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and mitigate potential risks
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate resources across Operations and other departments
  • Assist in the implementation of new operational policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and contribute to process optimization in financial services operations
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorgan's ethical standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, governance, or project management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks in banking
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English; Polish language skills are advantageous
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a multinational financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan's internal governance policies and operational standards
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2)
