Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with post-trade regulations for trade confirmations, settlements, and reporting across asset classes
  • Conduct daily reviews of trade data to identify and resolve discrepancies in alignment with JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards
  • Collaborate with trading, operations, and legal teams to implement compliance controls and mitigate regulatory risks
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to bodies like the SEC, CFTC, and international equivalents
  • Develop and maintain documentation for post-trade processes, including SOPs and audit trails

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in post-trade compliance, operations, or regulatory reporting within the financial services industry

  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle processes, including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
