Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and recommend automation solutions
• Leverage analytics tools to analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-informed transformation initiatives
• Design and implement automation strategies using technologies like RPA, AI, and machine learning to enhance efficiency in JP Morgan's financial operations
• Facilitate the adoption of new workflows by training teams and monitoring implementation in the Bengaluru operations hub
• Conduct regular audits and performance assessments to measure the impact of transformation projects on operational metrics
• Partner with technology teams to integrate analytics-driven insights into core banking systems
• Support compliance and risk management by ensuring automated processes align with financial regulations
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate transformation outcomes to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement by piloting innovative tools and gathering feedback from operations staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or automation roles within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and workflow automation platforms
• Strong understanding of operational processes in banking or financial institutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar large-scale financial platforms
