Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Oracle and PostgreSQL cloud products, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's global technology goals and financial services innovation
• Drive product innovation by identifying emerging trends in database technologies and integrating them to enhance customer experiences in banking platforms
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to design scalable, secure solutions that support high-volume financial transactions
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Inspire and mentor product managers and teams to foster a culture of excellence and agility in cloud product management
• Analyze market and competitive landscapes to position JP Morgan Chase's database products as leaders in the financial industry
• Manage stakeholder relationships across lines of business, including investment banking and asset management, to deliver exceptional value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud-based database technologies such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Proven track record in leading product strategy and innovation within the financial services sector, including regulatory compliance in banking environments
• Deep expertise in database management systems, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), and agile methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global financial institution, with a focus on delivering high-impact customer experiences
