  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality deliverables
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to handle high-volume financial workforce data
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for global teams
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on enterprise applications
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Talent Management
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and scalable system design in a financial services environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for handling sensitive financial data
