Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agile teams to design, develop, and deploy Oracle HCM Talent Management solutions that support JP Morgan Chase's workforce strategies
  • Implement secure, scalable software features for talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning within Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables compliant with financial industry standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for critical HR systems
  • Integrate Oracle HCM with other JP Morgan systems, such as core banking platforms and analytics tools, using APIs and middleware
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software architecture, incorporating feedback from stakeholders in talent and HR operations
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive iterative development of market-leading HR technology products
  • Ensure all developments adhere to JP Morgan's cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations in the financial sector
  • Document technical specifications and provide knowledge transfer to team members and end-users

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on enterprise applications
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Talent Management
  • Experience working in agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of secure software development practices in a financial services environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for handling sensitive financial data
