Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centric culture
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their financial experience
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and client satisfaction metrics
  • Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions securely
  • Assist in branch operations during the new build phase, including setup and client onboarding
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment in the Cabarrus, NC community branch

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Cabarrus, NC location
