About the Role

At JPMorgan Chase, we are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Associate Banker to join our new build branch in Southend, Charlotte, NC. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with a focus on hospitality, providing exceptional customer service in the branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and federal regulations
  • Support branch operations during the new build phase, including setup and team collaboration
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their experience
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase offerings and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Satisfactory background check and credit history
