Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the new Waverly Branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting basic issues while adhering to compliance standards
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the new build branch environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and reporting discrepancies promptly
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to build local relationships in Charlotte, NC

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software applications
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting in a branch setting
