Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a focus on hospitality, providing personalized service at the Air Depot and 15th Branch in Midwest City, OK
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing while adhering to JPMorgan Chase security protocols
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with federal banking regulations
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their experience
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for excellence
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build relationships in the local Midwest City area
• Monitor and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts, reporting any discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling skills and basic knowledge of banking products
