Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in the Bellaire Imperial Plaza branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic banking inquiries
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase financial products and services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team to support client retention and growth initiatives
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their experience
• Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and updating client records
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's standards of integrity and service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Bellaire, OH location
