Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Calimesa Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, lending, or investment services to specialized bankers
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy
• Support branch operations by organizing marketing materials and preparing for client events
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and promote a positive branch atmosphere
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to encourage self-service options
• Contribute to branch goals by actively participating in sales initiatives and client retention efforts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work up to 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting in a branch setting
• Successful completion of background check and compliance training
• Basic knowledge of banking products and regulations
