Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Canandaigua Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to safeguard client information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
