  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while ensuring compliance with federal regulations
  • Promote digital banking solutions to enhance client convenience and adoption of Chase mobile app and online platforms
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and deliver seamless client experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, adhering to security protocols
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and reporting discrepancies promptly
  • Participate in client education sessions on financial literacy and fraud prevention
  • Contribute to branch events and community outreach in the Charlotte Southpark area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling that may include evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software applications
