Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality at the Cherry Grove Branch, embodying JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, savings, and credit cards
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and enhance the overall client experience
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reconciliations
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize JPMorgan Chase's mobile app and online platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
