Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Cleveland and Schnoor Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize Chase mobile apps and online platforms
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring security protocols are followed
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer at the end of each shift
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen local ties in Madera, CA
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, financial products, and industry regulations through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
