Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JP Morgan Chase's client care standards
• Process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account openings accurately and efficiently
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to enhance client digital experiences
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and security best practices
• Support branch operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin to serve the diverse client base in Rowland Heights

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with banking regulations

• Basic knowledge of banking products and services
