Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Commerce Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, loans, or investment services to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and ensuring a secure environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless client service
• Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving issues to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for trust and reliability

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
