  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to Branch Managers or specialized bankers for wealth management or lending solutions
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports, managing teller equipment, and contributing to a clean, welcoming environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
