Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Dyer Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, loans, or investment services to specialized teams

Required Qualifications
