Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Exton Square Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring security protocols for cash and sensitive information

Required Qualifications
