  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining features and benefits
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional JP Morgan Chase products like loans, investments, and credit cards
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and client satisfaction metrics
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as mobile apps and online platforms, to promote self-service options
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster long-term relationships
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to strengthen JP Morgan Chase's presence in Ferndale, WA

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
