Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening new accounts and explaining JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking, savings, and credit options
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for mortgages, investments, or small business services
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and resolving discrepancies
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like the Chase Mobile app to enhance their financial experience
• Contribute to branch goals by participating in sales initiatives and client retention efforts
• Ensure the branch environment is welcoming, secure, and adheres to JPMorgan Chase safety standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
