Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-centered approach
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using Chase digital tools
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for credit products, investments, or advisory services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Educate clients on mobile banking, online platforms, and fraud prevention best practices
• Handle customer escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory background check and credit history
