Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's brand standards
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase digital tools
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, or wealth management services
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve diverse clientele in the Glendale Redwood Branch
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer daily to ensure financial accuracy
• Educate clients on digital banking options to promote self-service and convenience
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by supporting team initiatives and community outreach

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Successful completion of background check and any required regulatory exams
