Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Harker Heights Branch
• Assist clients with routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to security protocols
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing reports, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and promote financial wellness

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment

• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including flexible scheduling that may involve evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
