Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions like savings accounts or loans
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting for digital banking tools
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Support branch operations during peak hours at the Highland Rd. location in Baton Rouge
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Baton Rouge location
